
3-Yoga Class Bundle, February 2026 > Fridays 7:30 AM CET > 6, 13, 20 February
This class bundle offers three approaches to movement and self-care:
- Anusara Yoga
- Somatic Flow
- Nervous System Reset.
Classes are 60-minute long, join me live, or catch up with the recording later (available for one month).
Live classes schedule:
6 February: 7:30AM CET (60 minutes class)
13 February: 7:30AM CET (60 minutes class)
20 February: 7:30AM CET (60 minutes class)
Two days prior to the live class you will receive a reminder email including the link to join the class live. You will also receive the link to access the recordings.
I'd love to be practicing with you in real time, but you can make use of the recording to fit your ideal schedule.
3-5 days after the live classes, the recording of the class will be available for replay until 20 March 2026. The recording will not be sent to you. The recording can be accessed via a private link which will be sent to you with every reminder email.
This bundle is designed to support strength, mobility, regulation, without overwhelm. Joining live will be best - but do what works for you.
Anusara Yoga:
A strength focused, alignment-based practice offering clarity for the mind and body. Anusara offers a therapeutic approach to asana and intelligent sequencing to help you feel good in your body. This class supports joint health and postural awareness, helping you move with more stability, clarity, and confidence, on and off the mat.
Somatic Yoga Flow:
A slow, unwinding, sensation focused movement practice guided by what you feel rather than form and function. This is an intuitive, flowing approach to movement. Somatic Yoga Flow supports mobility, fascia health, and nervous system awareness, inviting you to listen inward and move in a way that feels authentic and nourishing.
Nervous System Reset:
This class is designed to lead you through different practices intended to calm over-activation and restore inner resources. Through gentle movement, breath, self-massage and guided rest, this class supports emotional balance, recovery from stress, and a sense of safety and being grounded in the body.
