Anusara Yoga 3-Class Bundle, May 2026

A gentle, intelligent way to practice with me throughout May.

This three-class bundle offers three Anusara Yoga classes:

  • Glute & Leg Strength

  • Head Down Hips Up (Inversions)

  • Mixed salad (All-round practice)

All classes are offered live at 7:30 AM CET/Berlin, so you can start your day with Anusara Yoga.

These classes support strength, mobility and resilience, without overwhelm.

Anusara Yoga

A strength-based, alignment-focused practice rooted in clear principles and intelligent sequencing. This class supports joint health, functional strength, and embodied awareness, helping you move with more stability, clarity, and confidence, on and off the mat.
