Join Barbra for a heartfelt and informative online circle designed for women who want to feel good
in their bodies, support their health, cultivate vitality, and move through life with more clarity,
strength, and grace.

These free monthly sessions offer practical tools, holistic knowledge, and thoughtful guidance on
topics that deeply impact women’s lives—from hormonal shifts and emotional wellbeing to beauty,
energy, digestion, and graceful ageing.

Each gathering includes:
30 minutes of education based on holistic wisdom and scientific insights
15 minutes of meditation, centering or guided relaxation to restore your energy
15 minutes of sharing or Q&A for connection and clarity

Recordings will be made available after each session for all who signed up

This is a space to feel supported, informed, and inspired—no matter your age.

Whether you’re 25 or 65, your body is always evolving. Every woman will experience perimenopause and menopause
at some point, and the more we understand these changes early on, the better prepared and more
empowered we’ll be.

You’re warmly invited to come as you are—curious, tired, thriving, confused, glowing, all of it.

Barbra brings nearly 30 years of teaching experience and deep personal insight into what it takes to
thrive through the many transitions of womanhood. Her down-to-earth approach blends therapeutic
yoga, Ayurvedic self-care, and nervous system support to offer powerful tools that nourish the body
and uplift the spirit.

Who is this for?
This circle is open to women of all ages. Whether you're in your 20s or well into your
postmenopausal years, you’ll gain valuable insights about your body, hormones, health, and self-
care. Every woman will go through perimenopause and menopause—this is for all of us.

What if I can’t attend live?
No problem. The recording will be uploaded 1 - 3 days after the event. All monthly recordings will be found via this link:

Is it really free?
Yes. These sessions are offered as a gift. I want to make trustworthy, empowering information
accessible to more women. No strings attached.

Do I need any prior yoga or health knowledge?
Not at all. You don’t need to be a yogi or a health expert. Come as you are, with curiosity and an
open heart.
