Simply sign up. One day before you will receive an email with the link to join live via Zoom.

HOW DO I ACCESS THE RECORDING

3-5 days after each live class, the recording will be available (until 22 June 2026). We DO NOT SEND you the recording. YOU ACCESS THE RECORDING with the link you get in the confirmation email.
